What you get

Check which industry days are already on the calendar before you set the date for yours, and see how other offices run theirs. This is for contracting officers, small business specialists and program offices running market research and acquisition planning.

Before you start

The GovCon MCP is included on every G2X plan, from Community Edition through Enterprise.

Prompt to paste

I am planning an industry day for my office. Search the G2X events calendarfor upcoming industry days. For each one, give me the title, start and enddates, location or virtual format, and organizer, with its G2X event pagelink. Tell me how many matching events the calendar holds and how many youshowed me, then point out any that fall close together or share a format Ishould plan around.

How to read it

  • The calendar lists the events G2X knows about, so a quiet week here does not prove a clear week. Check with other offices in your market before you commit to a date.
  • Use the list to space your date away from similar events. Two events on the same day, such as the two on 2026-11-17 here, compete for the same audience. The last row runs from 2026-11-17 to 2027-01-13, so a long window can mean a series of sessions. Open the event page, and ask the organizer, before you rely on a date or format.

Check it

Open the G2X event pages in the answer and compare each date, location and organizer with the table, for example MEGA 6 Industry Day & Networking Session Announcement.

Variations

  • "Show industry days in Virginia starting between 2026-12-01 and 2027-01-31, and tell me which weeks are already busy."
  • "Show virtual industry days only, oldest first, for the next quarter, so I can compare formats."
  • "Show last year's industry days from the same organizer as mine, to see which months they chose."
