Use only company-approved locations for sensitive documents; Lumen and uploads need separate authority. 1. **Reassemble the competition evidence** Return to the relevant G2X opportunity and original notice. Match the evaluation criteria and amendments to the submitted version and received feedback. Separate written findings, conversation notes and the team’s interpretation. This workflow does not determine debriefing or protest rights or deadlines. [Open in G2X](https://g2x.com/docs/find-work/read-a-sam-opportunity) 2. **Trace findings to the actual response** For each substantive comment, identify the relevant requirement and what the proposal supplied. Preserve quotation and page references where permitted. Distinguish missing explanation from missing proof or an unresolved delivery capability. Ask the technical owner to assess the cause; do not invent why a competitor won. 3. **Prepare the comparison with Lumen** Illustrative, unexecuted prompt: Using these authorized files, connect each received evaluator finding with the relevant requirement and our submitted passage. Separate quoted feedback, our interpretation and suggested improvements. Flag where the documents cannot establish a cause. Do not reconstruct competing proposals. Check all citations and have the technical owner assess each proposed change. Manual review remains a free alternative. [Open in G2X](https://g2x.com/docs/lumen/ask-a-good-question) 4. **Make the change testable** Record the finding, change, responsible owner and evidence the next reviewer should check. Retain useful positive findings. Reassess applicability against the next requirement rather than changing every response to fit one procurement. Use only owner-confirmed facts about delivery capability. 5. **Preserve the next action with permission** Offer a concise permitted account note and next action in G2X CRM, linking to the company-approved file location. Check for the existing account first. Obtain authority before writing records, assigning tasks, uploading files or contacting anyone. Return the improvement plan if no write is authorized. [Open in G2X](https://g2x.com/docs/run-a-pipeline/track-an-account) Expected result: A short improvement plan that connects each substantive received finding to the solicitation and submitted response, states the proposed change, names its owner and defines how the next bid review will check it. ### Free access G2X Community Edition is free forever, with no credit card.
