Booz Allen Hamilton, Deloitte and Accenture Federal Services lead the ten vendor profiles drawing the most attention in the G2X GovCon Directory over the past 24 hours. Across the list, recent developments include a counter-AI product launch, a new open-model engineering practice and an expanded national-security workspace. The profiles below put that activity in context with what each company does and where it fits in the market.

1. BOOZ ALLEN HAMILTON

Booz Allen Hamilton tops today’s vendor profiles as its cyber business puts a new product behind its research on autonomous attacks. On September 2, the defense and government technology company introduced Vellox Labs Guile, designed to interfere with the information that AI attackers rely on as they move through a network.

The launch accompanies Booz Allen’s Cyber Weapon Index, which tested 18 U.S. and Chinese AI models. The company reports that one frontier model completed an intrusion without human guidance. “The model is no longer the unit of risk. The system is,” the announcement argues, pointing to the tools and autonomy wrapped around a model. Guile is intended to exploit weaknesses in that larger system.

2. DELOITTE

Deloitte is expanding the choices it offers clients building AI systems. Its Open Model Engineering practice, announced September 2, will work with open and proprietary models across cloud and on-premises environments. The rollout begins across Deloitte firms in North America, Europe and Asia Pacific, with an initial focus on NVIDIA Nemotron models and NIM microservices.

“Organizations need flexibility in how they build and use AI,” said Deloitte Chief Services Officer Sundhar Sekhar. That emphasis on deployment choice also runs through the firm’s government work. In August, Deloitte described how its software engineering platform and GovConnect.ai can add AI-assisted workflows to existing public-sector systems without replacing their core databases. The two announcements address related problems: selecting an AI architecture and making it useful inside the systems agencies already operate.

3. ACCENTURE NATIONAL SECURITY SERVICES

Accenture National Security Services is a doing-business-as name for Accenture Federal Services LLC, the federal technology and consulting business. Its collaboration with OpenAI, announced in May, adds an implementation and engineering program aimed at moving agency AI projects into operational use.

The program includes an agentic lab at The Forge, Accenture Federal’s experimentation center, where agencies can test workflows with people retaining oversight. It also calls for OpenAI-trained solution architects and forward-deployed engineers to help integrate AI into existing environments. CEO Ron Ash described the goal as moving “from pilots to production at speed.” Accenture Federal’s more recent focus on military readiness applies a similar approach to a specific mission: combining data, predictive analytics and human-performance measures to support care and readiness decisions.

4. REDMATTER SOLUTIONS LLC

RedMatter Solutions concentrates on a difficult part of federal cybersecurity: establishing who should have access to which systems, then keeping that access working securely. The Arlington company’s identity and access management work includes lifecycle operations, systems engineering and support for Defense Department identity initiatives, including DISA’s portfolio.

In late July, RedMatter added Stephen H. as a cybersecurity and identity, credential and access management subject matter expert. His experience includes cloud architecture, infrastructure modernization and engineering in federal environments. Its identity work sits alongside program management, mobile security and information assurance, giving the company a role in both the design of access controls and their day-to-day operation.

5. NETIZEN CORPORATION

Netizen Corporation is a cybersecurity and software-assurance company whose government work spans security engineering, DevSecOps, threat hunting and Risk Management Framework support. It operates a round-the-clock security operations center and also helps federal suppliers address CMMC and NIST 800-171 requirements.

Its defense portfolio includes a Missile Defense Agency indefinite-delivery contract awarded in December 2025, with an ordering period running through December 2035. The company’s services cover the continuing assessment, monitoring and validation of systems as well as the engineering work needed to secure them.

6. THE REDDA GROUP CORPORATION

The Redda Group is adding commercial leadership as it plans to expand its advisory and workforce businesses. Brian Guidry joined as managing partner and chief revenue officer in an August 31 announcement, taking responsibility for revenue growth across executive search, leadership development, organizational advisory and workforce solutions.

Guidry will also work with founder and CEO Eliana Hassen on acquisitions that add capabilities and market reach. “Brian and I have worked together successfully at two organizations,” Hassen said. His background includes nearly two decades at Aquent and leadership roles at other workforce-services firms. Redda’s growth plan brings those sales and delivery relationships to a business that helps public, private and nonprofit organizations select leaders, develop teams and manage organizational change.

7. SOLDIERPOINT DIGITAL HEALTH, LLC

SoldierPoint Digital Health became part of GovCIO in September 2025, when GovCIO completed its acquisition from Iron Bow Technologies. The business focuses on digital health and connected care for Veterans, extending GovCIO’s existing VA work into more direct support for healthcare delivery.

A May milestone shows the scale of that support: the GovCIO-supported VA Office of Connected Care Help Desk closed its two-millionth ticket. Its 130-person team handles problems such as video-appointment troubleshooting and helping people use VA Video Connect. “Behind every ticket is either a Veteran trying to get care or a VA team member working to deliver it,” said GovCIO Senior Vice President Alex Mujica.

8. REALMONE, INC.

RealmOne has added space for the technical work and partner relationships behind its national-security business. Its expanded Columbia, Maryland headquarters opened on August 27, including more than 1,200 additional square feet for the RealmOne Foundry.

The Foundry space is intended for training, prototyping and demonstrations in AI, data analytics and cybersecurity. RealmOne says the wider expansion supports more than 200 jobs and provides a collaborative setting for more than 50 small-business partners. The investment complements its capabilities in software development, intelligence and mission operations.

9. NEEVSYS INC

NeevSys is applying AI to two labor-intensive parts of modernization: understanding legacy systems and turning requirements into tests. Its nForge accelerator analyzes undocumented code to produce requirements, business rules, data dictionaries and traceability records. The company offers deployment inside the customer’s security boundary, including on-premises and government-cloud environments.

Req2Test AI addresses the next stage of delivery, generating test cases and automation scripts from requirements and user stories. These tools give a more specific picture of NeevSys than its broad software-development and integration services alone. Both focus on the documentation and validation work surrounding a system change.

10. MITRE CORP

MITRE’s August ATT&CK update changes how quickly part of its widely used threat knowledge base can respond to emerging activity. Version 19.2 is the first Agile release, allowing targeted updates to groups, software and campaigns between the larger twice-yearly releases.

The update adds ShinyHunters, TeamPCP and software associated with attacks on developer and cloud environments, including CI/CD supply chains. It also adds Kali365, a phishing toolkit associated with token and session theft. For the nonprofit research and engineering organization, this is a practical change to a resource used by security teams: new threat activity can reach the knowledge base without waiting for the next full release. It fits MITRE’s broader work translating technical research into tools that government and industry can use.
