1. DHA Clinical Workflow, Adoption, and Change Support

The Defense Health Agency’s Portfolio Acquisition Executive for Medical Digital Solutions is seeking a different model for helping staff use health technology. Its Application, Workflow, Adoption, and Change Support requirement, or AWACS, combines clinical-workflow support, user enablement, and change communications within a broader end-user services program.

Solutions must adapt to different user groups, from clinicians to combat medics working with limited connectivity, and connect with enterprise service-management processes. 2. Navy BUMED Medical Readiness Support

The Navy’s Bureau of Medicine and Surgery needs professional support for Medical Readiness directorate N10D, where policy and data meet questions of deployability, suitability screening, family readiness, and disability evaluation. NAVSUP Fleet Logistics Center Norfolk is managing the procurement.

The work includes readiness dashboards, policy analysis, training materials, and process improvements that help the directorate manage its operational responsibilities. 3. NIDA Clinical Trial Data and Statistics Center

The National Institute on Drug Abuse is gathering capability statements for a data, statistics, and clinical-trial support center serving its Clinical Trials Network. The prospective center would provide the data infrastructure and analytical services needed to support roughly 20 independent drug-use and addiction studies at a time.

The requirement covers secure data capture, statistical design and analysis, quality monitoring, trial-performance reporting, and support for data and safety monitoring boards. 4. FAA NISC Enterprise Support Tasking

The FAA’s AJW-2131 Implementation Services Group relies on software to manage task orders, funding, and invoices across its technical-support contracts. NISC Enterprise Support Tasking, or NEST, would maintain that software while preparing for the transition from NISC IV to NISC V.

The contractor would operate and secure the NIMS environment, preserve reporting from the older CMIS system, and help design, develop, test, and deploy a successor system when required. 5. GSA Ford F-150 Collision Repairs

GSA’s Federal Acquisition Service is seeking collision repairs for a 2025 Ford F-150 through its fleet Accident Management Center. The work includes damage to the body, frame, lights, and structural components, together with the mechanical repairs needed to return the vehicle to service.

6. Army Live Training Product-Line Modernization

10. FHWA Transportation Data Modernization
