Do not infer individual availability from CRM or public company records; Lumen use and document uploads require separate authority. 1. **Reconcile the actual competing bids** Use G2X federal opportunity research to open each relevant notice and its original documents. Record actual response deadlines, review needs and unresolved source questions. Link to the existing bid/no-bid article if an individual opportunity has not been qualified. Do not invent a portfolio or claim research was executed without observation. [Open in G2X](https://g2x.com/docs/find-work/read-a-sam-opportunity) 2. **Ask owners for their constrained contribution** For each bid, identify what a technical, pricing or delivery reviewer must decide, estimated preparation/review/follow-up effort and affected customer commitments. Use owner-supplied estimates. Separate document production from missing facts or unconfirmed commitments; G2X is not a staffing-availability system. 3. **Consider the combined delivery case** Ask the delivery owner what would happen if multiple bids succeeded on their proposed schedules. Identify assumptions about recruits, partners and lead time. Cite applicable responsibility provisions only within their scope. Keep a proposed plan separate from confirmed availability or eligibility. 4. **Prepare a comparative brief with Lumen** Illustrative, unexecuted prompt: Using these authorized solicitation files and the permitted team-constraint summary, identify unresolved questions that need the same reviewers. Cite the requirements behind them, propose an order for resolving the questions and flag missing availability facts. Do not invent win probabilities or assign work. Check citations and estimates with their owners. Manual comparison remains a free path. [Open in G2X](https://g2x.com/docs/lumen/ask-a-good-question) 5. **Return a recommendation for the decision owner** Recommend the next block of scarce review time, conditional commitments, what would stop or change each pursuit and follow-up owners. Keep the allocation in the team’s working proposal plan. Reduced internal effort must still meet submission requirements. Do not create assignments, contact people or submit responses without permission. Expected result: A proposed allocation of review effort across named bids, with the next decision needed on each, owner-supplied capacity, existing-work conflicts, delivery assumptions, a priority recommendation and conditions for reconsideration. ### Free access G2X Community Edition is free forever, with no credit card.
