Prepare the labor review for a federal service-contract estimate

1. **Establish the original requirement** Open the relevant federal opportunity in G2X and follow the original notice. Collect the performance requirements, labor clauses, wage determination and amendments. Record document versions, determination number/revision, locations and the questions deadline. 2. **Prepare the staffing assumptions** Identify duties, required coverage hours, locations and response obligations. Ask the labor-compliance reviewer to confirm the applicable classifications and determination. Ask delivery and recruiting owners about coverage, leave relief, hiring lead time and realistic compensation. Keep confirmed requirements separate from company assumptions.

3. **Organize the cost and clause questions** Bring the actual wage and benefit provisions to payroll and pricing. Do not infer that a generic payroll percentage satisfies the obligation. Read any included adjustment clause for coverage, notice and documentation requirements with the contracts reviewer. Do not determine compliance, substitute a classification or calculate a bid from missing inputs.
