Use an authorized G2X Community account for in-app search and optional CRM work; linked G2X guides require sign-in. Keep personnel and internal performance evidence in the organization’s approved system for human review. Lumen is optional and limited here to user-authorized public solicitation documents. 1. **Confirm the territory decision and account authority** First confirm that the user wants to choose jurisdictions for business development searches, rather than evaluate individual bids. Confirm the service type, candidate jurisdictions, operating locations, routine versus emergency scope and decision horizon. Establish permission to access the selected G2X account and identify the human operations reviewer who can determine coverage. Ask only for missing information or authorization. Produce the result in the current conversation by default. Obtain any missing authorization before uploads, CRM record writes or outreach; do not repeat approvals already established. Do not request personnel files or customer/internal performance text for AI evaluation. 2. **Build a jurisdiction-level search scope** Open https://g2x.com/app/opportunities/sled and consult https://g2x.com/docs/find-work/find-state-and-local-work. Apply the available geography, jurisdiction and source filters for the user-confirmed area. Use keywords derived from the service type; illustrative HVAC inputs include HVAC, heating, ventilation, air conditioning and maintenance. Record the filters, search date, jurisdictions represented and source portals encountered in the working note. Compare issuing jurisdictions with stated work locations. Treat missing results as a coverage uncertainty, not proof that no procurement exists, and check the relevant original procurement portals before drawing a conclusion. 3. **Read representative public requirements at their source** For each candidate jurisdiction, inspect original public procurement documents and available amendments. Capture document dates, opportunity status, work locations, service categories, dispatch obligations, response intervals, whether response is defined, arrival requirements, staffing requirements and access conditions. Attach source URLs and page or section references, and mark unresolved items explicitly. Use https://www.providenceri.gov/wp-content/uploads/2025/06/Public-Property-RFP-On-Call-HVAC-Maintenance-Repair-and-Installation-Services-Two-Year-Contract-with-Two-One-Year-Options-Open-Enrollment-MT49238.pdf\#page=15 only as a historical illustration: its June 16, 2025 opening is past, not a current bid or open roster. Read page 15 for the minimum two-technician emergency availability, continuous dispatch including holidays, expected two-hour emergency response, and separate routine-call telephone response and mutually agreed arrival conditions. Do not interpret the emergency interval as an explicit on-site arrival definition or generalize this packet to all purchases in that jurisdiction. 4. **Optionally extract public conditions with Lumen** If the user chooses Lumen and has account access, consult https://g2x.com/docs/lumen/ask-a-good-question. For selected public files, obtain any missing upload authorization before using Add \> Add documents \> Company Library. Upload only user-authorized public solicitation documents, never personnel records or internal performance evidence. Illustrative prompt: "Use only the selected public solicitation files. For each file, identify the issuing jurisdiction, stated work locations, routine-service conditions, emergency-service conditions, dispatch availability, required staffing, response intervals, and any separately stated arrival requirement. Paraphrase each requirement and cite the filename and page or section. Distinguish telephone acknowledgment, dispatch, response and on-site arrival only where the source distinguishes them. Mark unstated or ambiguous conditions as unresolved and list questions the public packet leaves unanswered. Identify stated dates without assuming the opportunity remains open. Do not recommend a territory, assess our capacity, infer missing conditions or use outside evidence." Expected result: a cited public-requirements summary and unresolved-question list for human review, not a coverage decision. Check every extracted claim against the original files. Without Lumen, read the documents and prepare the same cited summary manually. 5. **Have operations determine coverage by service category** Present the sourced public conditions to the authorized operations reviewer. Have that reviewer assess dispatch, qualified crew availability, parts, access, existing commitments and travel feasibility within the organization’s approved system. Personnel review must remain human-only; do not use AI to judge customer text or evaluate personnel or internal performance. Request only the authorized coverage determination and a non-sensitive delivery basis, not the underlying personnel or performance records. For each jurisdiction and work category, reflect the reviewer’s include, hold or exclude determination. Where no human coverage determination is available, mark the category hold pending review rather than confirmed coverage. If current capacity cannot support the required emergency response, hold or exclude emergency work rather than assuming a travel surcharge solves it. Do not invent travel times, licenses, capacity or partner arrangements. Keep potential partner markets separate from direct-service coverage until a genuine arrangement is verified. 6. **Return the decision note without unrequested writes** Provide the territory decision note in the current conversation. Include proposed search filters, jurisdiction, work category, include/hold/exclude status, delivery basis, missing condition, next review owner, review date if supplied, and source/page links. Distinguish human-confirmed coverage from proposed scope and unresolved conditions. Do not invent an owner or review date. Make no CRM changes or outbound contacts by default. If the user requests a CRM update and write authority is established, use https://g2x.com/docs/run-a-pipeline/track-an-account to retain the approved rationale in the appropriate account notes with an owner and next action. Ask only for missing write authorization; otherwise leave records unchanged. Do not imply automatic handoffs, task automation or outreach. Expected result: A territory decision note in the current conversation with proposed search scope, jurisdiction-by-service decisions, delivery basis, open conditions, review owners and source/page links; no CRM writes or outreach by default. ### Free access G2X Community Edition is free forever, with no credit card.
