Prepare an insurance review brief for a state or local bid

- A relevant state, local or education requirement and the full original bid package, including insurance terms, sample contract and addenda.

1. **Start with G2X SLED** Search State, Local, and Education opportunities for the reader’s service and geography. Open a relevant result and follow the original posting. 2. **Collect all applicable terms** Read the insurance exhibit, solicitation, sample contract and addenda together. Identify coverage types, limits, endorsements, duration and the stated proof deadline with document and section citations. Treat bonding as a separate requirement for the appropriate adviser. 3. **Prepare the human comparison** Draft questions for the broker comparing the exact requirements with current policies and endorsements. Ask about unresolved conditions, availability, timing and any effect on price. Do not decide legal adequacy, assume coverage from a certificate or invent premium amounts. Route related contract questions to the responsible reviewer.

Draft clarification questions through the buyer’s stated process only; do not send them or bind insurance without authorization. Do not invent SLED pipeline, watch or pursuit actions.
