Choose an approved Microsoft workspace for a GovCon document task

1. **Describe the work before selecting a service** Ask whether the reader needs an existing document-review application or separately operated agent software. 3. **Choose the public evidence** Find the relevant federal opportunity in G2X, follow the original notice, and record the attachment names, document dates and amendments. 4. **Evaluate a public requirements brief** In the approved workspace, use this illustrative prompt: Review the supplied public solicitation packet and prepare a requirements brief with citations, submission conditions and unresolved questions. Identify any missing attachment or amendment. Do not assume our company meets a condition. 5. **Use Lumen when it is the chosen destination** For work authorized in G2X Lumen, select the relevant opportunity context and upload only documents permitted there. 6. **Return the evidence and decision** Return the reviewed memo or comparison, exact documents used, unresolved questions and a proposed next action. Distinguish documented capabilities, observed test results and untested plans.
