Turn agency procurement forecasts into early FY2027 pursuit actions

1. **Search forecasts** Open Opportunities → Forecasts (Anticipated Award defaults to Next year). Filter by Agency and NAICS and search the service. Expand rows to triage by Source System, Status, Fiscal Year, Anticipated Award Date and Last Modified; open full records only for candidates. 2. **Confirm at the source** Open the original forecast named by Source System, such as GSA's Forecast of Contracting Opportunities or DHS APFS. Record the point of contact, planned set-aside, contract type, estimated value and last update. Prefer the agency's version when they differ. 3. **Find pre-solicitation activity** Search SAM.gov opportunities by the forecast's agency, NAICS and keywords, and note sources-sought notices, RFIs and solicitations by Notice Type. Recommend a sources-sought response when the work fits. [Open in G2X](https://g2x.com/app/opportunities/sam)

4. **Separate plans from issued requirements** Keep anticipated award dates separate from response deadlines and transaction dates. Check for newer agency forecasts and SAM.gov notices. 5. **Track the chosen forecast** With the user's approval, save the triage search as a view, choose Add to pipeline on the forecast being pursued, and add the office and its small business specialist to CRM with a dated next action. [Open in G2X](https://g2x.com/app/pipelines)

Expected result: A forecast shortlist with agency and office, anticipated award date, set-aside plan, point of contact, last update, related SAM.gov notices and a next action for each.
