1. **Define the permitted comparison** Ask for the desired GovCon result and the organization's approved AWS environment and owner. 2. **Choose the public evidence** Find the relevant federal opportunity in G2X, follow the original notice, and record the attachment names, document dates and amendments. 3. **Check government-specific support** Use current original AWS documentation to verify the proposed region, model, deployment features and authorization scope. For operated models, read the actual license and confirm who handles capacity and updates. Record unknowns; commercial model availability and a public-data test do not establish customer workload approval. 4. **Run only an authorized public exercise** If the reader separately authorizes execution in the chosen workspace, use the same public packet for each candidate. Illustrative prompt: Prepare a concise requirements brief with document and section citations, relevant submission conditions and questions the capture team must resolve. Identify unavailable files or amendments and separate inference from explicit requirements. 6. **Return the evidence and decision** Return the reviewed memo or comparison, exact documents used, unresolved questions and a proposed next action. Distinguish documented capabilities, observed test results and untested plans.
