Agility:Marketing™ provides automated tools that leverage all the knowledge that Agility:Insurance™ builds around your relationships – helping to deliver more powerful tools to better market to prospects, customers, and partners. With Agility:Marketing™ companies can take a more direct, targeted approach to "mass" marketing by creating customized campaigns targeted on groups of contacts selected via sophisticated querying capabilities. Relationships can be segmented by geographic region, preferences, product purchases, or any other criteria to proactively identify opportunities for cross-selling and up-selling. Detailed customer information, including preferences, demographics, products, and other characteristics can be queried to target specific segments for specialized campaigns and targeted mass mailings. Queries can be then be saved for future campaigns.

Materials Library
Agility:Marketing™ can be used as a central store for approved and secure marketing materials, such as emails, form letters, product information, marketing collateral and other sales and marketing tools. Marketing materials can be used by sales and marketing for distribution to customers, prospects, or partners, or by distribution partners to market to customers and prospects. Materials can be categorized and sorted, and can also have activation and expiration dates.

Campaign Templates
Customized campaigns can be created or selected from a list of pre-approved corporate campaigns. Campaign templates can be designed, saved and accessible by security rights, allowing organizations to control access to them. A template includes the components for the campaign, as well as a suggested "offset” of days between each component. Components can be print, email, or a follow-up activity. Templates can be categorized and sorted, and can also have expiration dates.

Wave Mail Campaigns
Agility:Marketing™ allows organizations to send a series of marketing materials over a period of time in one simple setup. Campaigns can be directed towards a single individual, such as a welcome package for new customers or producers, or for large targeted groups, such as a new product announcement. Each campaign designates the exact date to distribute each selected material. Once the campaign is executed, Agility:Marketing™ automatically triggers events on the specified dates to distribute emails and form letters, or print and mail collateral. All resulting activities are automatically recorded in Agility™ and attached to the contact record of each targeted individual.

Detailed Profiling and Targeting
The use of powerful searching tools provides clients with the ability to mine data and target the right people for a campaign. Searches can be saved and passed on to the field so they can query their contacts and execute their own campaigns if desired.

Extend Marketing Capabilities to Partners
Access to the marketing library can be extended to distribution partners to market directly to their customers and prospects. Partners then have better tools available to sell your products, increasing their loyalty and effectiveness, while also ensuring a consistent brand image and messaging through all distribution channels.
